Russia has undertaken adequate measures in relation to a row of Ukrainian politicians in connection with prohibition for Moscow Mayor Yuriy Luzhkov to enter Ukraine’s territory. The Foreign Ministry of Russia informed on Thursday.
“In connection with adoption by authorities of Ukraine a prohibition for Moscow Mayor Yuriy Luzhkov to enter Ukraine’s territory, the Foreign Ministry of Russia informs that the Russian side is forced to take a decision on adequate measures in relation to those Ukrainian politicians, who by their actions or statements injures the Russian Federation,” the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry says.
At the same time there are no names of Ukrainian politicians in the statement.
