President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has signed the draft bill on social protection of large families and submitted it to the Verkhovna Rada today. As the ForUm’s correspondent reports, head of the Main service of the social-economic development, Roman Zhukovsky reports.
He informed that this draft bill foresees a row of benefits for large families; in particular, 50% discount for apartment payment, municipal and telephone services, free of charge passenger fare in city transport for children from large families, except of taxi, and free of charge study on a condition that “educational-qualification level they will obtain for the first time”. Besides, the head of the Main service of the social-economic development informed that children will have the right for free of charge first medical aid.
