Ukrainian Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko, during his visit to Russia, gave his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov a Ukrainian-Russian memorandum on the stages and order to withdraw military units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet from the site of their temporary deployment in Ukraine by May 28, 2017. The press secretary of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Vasyl Kyrylych, said this during a briefing on Wednesday.
He said the memorandum is only a project, which was given to the Russian side for its examination, study and further signing.
