Decision in Bucharest is an indicator of dynamics of Ukrainian cooperation with NATO. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko stated in an exclusive interview to “1+1” TV channel on Sunday evening, the ForUm’s correspondent reports.

She has reminded that all countries of the world cooperate with NATO, regardless whether they are members of the Alliance of not. “Russia is the most effective partner of NATO from the countries that are not NATO members. Ukraine is far from such cooperation, which the Russian Federation has in all directions with NATO,” the PM noted.

Tymoshenko has assured that Ukraine will continue cooperation with NATO.

She has also emphasized that the question on Ukraine’s joining the Alliance will be solved at All Ukrainian referendum. “Ukraine’s joining NATO will not take place without the referendum,” Tymoshenko said.
