I congratulate you on a festival of spring, on a festival of women’s beauty, which is blossoming today in Ukraine.

Millions of Ukrainian men hold in their hearts their fascination with you, their devotion to you and their gratitude for your love.

I wish you happiness, love and true, so needed confidence that in our lives, in our relashionships and in our families everything will go well.

Everything we do, we do for you. And this day, as well as Mother’s Day in May and, I am sure, every best day of ours we devote to you.

We love you, we honor you and we are grateful to you; to our mothers, to our wives, to beloved ones and to friends, to our daughters – to all the most important women in our lives.

Spring comes to Ukraine. I congratulate you on spring.
