Speaker of the parliament Arseniy Yatsenyuk opened plenary session of the VRU, the ForUm’s correspondent informs. 446 People’s deputies are registered in the parliament.
Yatsenyuk has informed that parliamentary factions have signed protocol on mutual understanding.
