President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will participate in ceremonial arrangements on occasion on Reunion Day.
In scope of the celebration, Viktor Yushchenko will lay flowers on monument to Taras Shevchenko and Mykhaylo Hrushevskyi.
In the Kyiv city house of Teacher ceremonial celebration will take place under participated on the President. Viktor Yushchenko also will attend exhibition dedicated to Reunion day taken place in Ukrainian house.
The Reunion Day of Ukraine was established by the President’s decree on January 21, 1999.
