The championship “Pampushka” will be held for the first time in Lviv on January 13. Its solemn opening will take place at noon at the Rynok square. The press service of the Lviv city council informs.
The aim of the festival is to acquaint citizens of Lviv and quests of the city with pampushka traditions of the peoples of the world and with different recipes of pampushka preparation.
The fair and sale of pampushkas will be held within the framework of the festival. Also the Championship of pampushkas eating will take place, the winner of which will be the participant who will eat the greatest amount of pampushkas for the shortest period of time. Pampushka is a sort of fritter.
