Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has stated at the sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers that the State budget must be adopted by the end of current year. ForUm’s correspondent reports.
She has addressed People’s deputies and members of the government with the request to do all possible in order the State budget to be adopted by the end of December.
Tymoshenko noted that when her government received the budget, elaborated by the government of Yanukovych, it had UAH 90 milliard budget deficit. Tymoshenko has emphasized that her Cabinet will do all possible so that to balance the State budget.
She has noted that new State budget will not cancel law on benefits for citizens of Ukraine and people will feel the existence of social protection in the country.
The head of the government has noted that all social programs are strengthened, especially, many recourses are allocated to the spheres of science, culture, art and book printing.
