Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych congratulated judges and workers of courts on their professional holiday – Day of court workers.
“Transformation of Ukraine into real legal State which guarantees effective legal procedure and investigation by independent, competent court, is possible only under condition of frutful cooperation of parliament, government and judicial power. I consider contribution of representatives of judicial power to legal reform must be significant,” Yanukovych said in his greeting.
According to Yanukovych, the aim of improvement of system of legal procedure is formation of independent judicial power and provision of free access to justice of any citizen .
Yanukovych is sure that legal reform will be important step to increase authority of judicial power, provision of guarantee of supremacy of law, protection of rights and freedom of people and interests of the Sate.
Acting PM wished all judges and workers of courts professional inspiration and new achievements in legal creation and democratic renewal of Ukraine.
