Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych assures that in future the government will also provide development of high-technology, well-prepared, mobile Armed Forces and transformation to professional army, realization of social obligations of the State before the military men and veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Viktor Yanukovych said that in his greetings on occasion of 16-th anniversary of Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Development of Ukraine as sovereign, independent, democratic, social and legal State is impossible without reliable defense and safe of its sovereignty, territorial integrity and immunity,” he noted.
“Armed Forces passed difficult way of establishment, gradually realizing state program of development. Military personnel of Armed Forces of Ukraine worthy represent interests of Ukraine in peacemaking missions and actively participate in actions of international cooperation,” he said.
Yanukovych thanked military men, workers and veterans of Armed Forces of Ukraine for devotion, personal contribution to Ukrainian Army and wished them happiness, prosperity, health, optimism inspiration and success.
