The Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region has brought a criminal case concerning next accident at Zasyadko coal mine.
As the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office reports, in connection with the accident that took place on December 2, an action was brought before the court according the article 272, part 2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (safety regulations violation during the execution of works with increased danger, which caused deaths).
The press service specifies that pre-trial investigation is being held by investigatory department of the Prosecutor’s office of the region.
