President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko by a decree from November 27 has appointed Volodymyr Gorbulin to the position of the director of the Institute of national safety problems.
The text with the corresponding decree is placed on the official site of the President.
Until recently Gorbulin headed the Institute of the national safety problems without remuneration.
On November 26 Yushchenko signed a decree on Gorbulin’s dismissal from the position of the Ukrainian President’s advisor. Gorbulin was the President’s advisor from October 2006.
