Member of “Our Ukraine-People’s Self-Defense” bloc Taras Stetskiv considers that candidature of Ivan Plyushch for a position of VRU speaker can be considered in case he signs coalition agreement and refuses from idea on formation of wide coalition. He said that today at a press conference.
“I am ready to consider candidature of Ivan Plyushch but under condition that he signs coalition agreement with BYuT and refuses from absurd idea to form coalition among BYuT, OU-PSD and PR, because it is obvious attempt to frustrate formation of democratic coalition,” Stetskiv said.
He also noted that the President, as a leader of Our Ukraine has right to submit candidature for the VRU speaker position.
Stetskiv also informed that the President Viktor Yushchenko would be present at tomorrow’s session of OU-PSD session.
