The bloc of Lytvyn can submit the draft bill on imperative mandate. People’s deputy candidate from the bloc of Lytvyn Viktor Pylypyshyn stated.
According to him, this law can become a temporal measure which will not allow “People’s deputies to migrate from faction to faction” and give possibility for faction representatives to realize program of party for which the electors voted.
In Kyiv the fourth stage of the IX session of the bloc of Lytvyn has started. At this sitting the party plans to sum up the election campaign and determine tasks of the political force for after-election period.
