Starting from January 1, 2008 Ukraine will implement free of charge visa registration for a term of 5 years for representatives of the UEFA. Such decision was taken at the sitting of the government.
Free of charge visa registration for a term of 5 years is foreseen for delegation members which will take part if the Football Championship of Europe in 2012, commercial partners, representatives of the mass media and any other persons, accredited by the UEFA in the connection with the Euro-2012 holding.
The simplified visa regime will be implemented for the above-listed persons who plan to enter the territory of Ukraine for a term up to 4 years before the beginning of the Championship or for 1 year after its completion in order to fulfill their functions regarding organization and the Championship holding.
At the same time, visa will be given for a term up to 5 years but not more than 1 year after the completion of the final part of the Euro-2012.
