Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych is concerned about current situation on oil market. He said that today, opening the Cabinet session, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
The PM is sure that the situation concerning prices hike is intensified in the society deliberately. “Prices will increase in accordance with world tendencies, but Ukraine has possibility by means of its own oil and oil-refining plants to react to consumer prices. It is our obligation,” he said.
He reminded that now Fuel and Energy Minister Yury Boyko is in Moscow having negotiations concerning prices for gas. “I hope that in the near days or weeks we will define the prices but the final result will be when signatures are put under the agreements,” he said.
Yanukovych charged vice PM Andry Klyuev to deal will prices for petrol, diesel oil and fuel and lubricants.
