On October 27 President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko and Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych attended ceremony of laying flowers on Unknown warrior grave on occasion of 63d-anniversary of emancipation of Ukraine from fascist aggressors.
Except President and PM other officials also participated in ceremony.
The President congratulated all Ukrainians on this prominent day –Day of emancipation of Ukraine from fascist aggressors.
Yushchenko noted that this day would be always a holiday in Ukrainian calendar and every year memory of fallen heroes, defending the State, would be honored.
