The Party of Regions will not vote for candidates for the Prime Minister’s position and the VRU speaker from the democratic coalition. Viktor Yunukovych is the only one candidate for the position of the government’s head from this political force. First vice PM, Minister of Finance and representative of the Party of Regions Mykola Azarov stated in an interview with the “channel 5”.
According to him, the variants of voting for the candidate from the coalition of the BYuT and the “Our Ukraine – People’s Self-Defense” are not even considered.
Also, Azarov doesn’t believe that the PM from the democratic coalition will get 228 votes of the People’s deputies. He has noted that Yunukovych established reputation during his work in the Cabinet of Ministers and his work, started in 2002, should be finished.
