President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko calls democratic forces to form coalition effectively. He said that today in an interview during his visit to Chernihiv region.
Yushchenko has noted that it is necessary to use time rationally for formation of democratic coalition.
“I understand that it is necessary to hold a range of talks,” he said.
According to him, there are no ideological divergences between BYuT and “Our Ukraine-People’s Self-Defense” bloc. “Transformation to contract army cant be a question of disagreement. Any person who is professional in this issue can quickly give answer and say how to find understanding in this problem,” Yushchenko noted.
At the same time, Yushchenko expressed his own position that it is impossible to hurry with issue on contract army.
According to the President the matter concerns not ideology but that today people who belong to democratic coalition realize responsibility of inner consolidation that must be carried out.
Yushchenko added that two years ago such consolidation was failed.
