Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine Viktor Chernomyrdin considers that Presidents Viktor Yushchenko and Vladimir Putin must hold meeting more often.
“I consider that it is necessary to meet often. Any meeting, planned or not, official of unofficial will always have its result,” he said.
At that Chernomyrdin noted that there are many factors, including situation in Ukraine, which Presidents pay little attention to. He has said that it is easy to find time for such meetings.
He also added that ex President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma held meetings with his colleague about 15 times a year.
