Representative of the Communist party in the Supreme administrative court Olexander Ivchenko does not exclude that the socialist can still be in the VRU of sixth convocation. He said that in an interview, commenting on case consideration by the Supreme administrative court concerning suit of five political parties.
According to Ivchenko, in case the court answers to the claim of socialists concerning violations of CEC actions, illegal usage of ballots, incorrect votes calculation, then the SPU will have a chance to prove that the got 3 % and have right to form a parliament.
“The court decision can change political forces distribution in the VRU,” he said.
In turn, SPU representative Valery Kochetov stated that in case true elections results are announced, coalition composition can be changed.
