President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko hopes that next week after the official results of the elections the coalition will be formed and the candidacy for the PM’s position will be represented. The President told journalists in Koshytsa (Slovakia), ForUm’s correspondent reports.

“I’m sure that next week the main questions of formalization of political results, the coalition formation and the candidacy for the PM’s position representation, will be finished,” the President said.

Yushchenko has reminded that according to the preliminary results of the elections, only one configuration of the majority may be - “the BYuT and OU-PSD plus other sides, which want to be constructive in this process”.

The Head of the State has also added that he wants the bloc of Lytvyn to cooperation with the democratic forces.

“As for me, I would like to see this political force in the constructive cooperation with the democratic forces,” Yushchenko noted.
