The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine examines material, given by the Security service of Ukraine, concerning statement of Minister of Transport Mykola Rudkovsky on acts of terror preparation on railway transport. Press secretary of the chairman of the security service of Ukraine Maryna Ostapenko has stated at today’s press conference in Kyiv
In turn, the press service of the Prosecutor’s General office approved this information, adding that General Prosecutor Olexander Medvedko gave the corresponding assignment to his deputy Renat Kuzmyn.
As earlier reported, on September 4 Rudkovsky stated on air of “5 channel” about supposedly preparation of catastrophe by the President’s Secretariat. He addressed the Security service of Ukraine to take measures.
At the same time, on September 13 press secretary of the chairman of the Security service of Ukraine Maryna Ostapenko stated that the Security service hadn’t found the confirmation of Rudkovsky’s statement.
On September 14 the Security service of Ukraine addressed the Prosecutor’s general office with the submission to bring a suit against Rudkovsky concerning the spread of deliberately falls information about acts of terrors.
