Ukraine has officially joined the Global Nuclear Energy Partnership Organization (GNEP). The Statement of Principles was signed in Vienna by Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko.
Formal cooperation among GNEP participants is implemented mainly through bilateral or multilateral agreements within the framework of IAEA.
Ukraine has become one of 14 country-partners of the organization, Cabinet's press office reports.
