People’s deputy from the Party of Regions Olexander Plotnikov claims that the further continuance in office of Ivan Plyushch as the Secretary of the National Defense and Security Council is another break of laws of Ukraine from the side of the President.
As it is said in the statement of the People’s deputy, continuance in office of Ivan Plyushch as the Secretary of NDSC doesn’t correspond to the law “On State service”.
According to the law “On State service”, the boundary age of continuance in office is 60 years for men and 55 years for women. In case of need the head of State organ by agreement with head of the State administration of state service under the Cabinet of Ministers can prolong the term of continence in office, but not more than for 5 year.
On September 11 Plyushch celebrated his 66 Birthday.
