The first deputy head of the President’s Secretariat Olexander Shlapak considers that budget-2008 is balanced. He said that today at the briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
According to Shlapak, there is no much budget deficit, that is very positive index. He also noted that budget is formed on very good target rates of economy and little inflation rate.
“Thus, the first impression is absolutely proper,” he concluded.
At the same time, Shlapak noted some shortages of budget-2008. In particular he considers that social constituent of the budget is not quote right.
