New parliament must adopt a decision to prevent similar political situation happened this year. Such opinion Viktor Yushchenko expressed in an interview to foreign newspapers.
“It is necessary to hold constitutional reforms in order to avoid such crisis. 2008 must be devoted to making changes to the Constitution. Such changes must be introduced by the legal VRU,” he said.
The President is going to submit worked out document by the VRU for national referendum. According to the President, people’s opinion is very important; changes must be beyond doubts in their objectiveness and reasonability.
