The Lytvyn bloc leader Volodymyr Lytvyn considers that the State must protect Ukrainians who work abroad. He said that in scope of his visit to Ternopil region, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“The State must agree with each country where Ukrainians work. It is necessary agreements on protection of Ukrainians to be fulfilled on all levels. We must not let Ukrainians be exploited,” Lytvyn said.
He criticized attempts of power to impose tax upon incomes of people who work abroad. “The State did not create any conditions for them to work in Ukraine and now tries to make benefit from these people. I consider it must not be so,” he said.
Lytvyn considers it is necessary to create condition for Ukrainians to work in Ukraine. “We must not speak about common happiness of Ukraine but to speak to every person and to find out what he/she needs and what conditions we must create for Ukrainians they could work here,” he stressed.
