Tanks, damaged during phosphorus accident in Lviv region, are nonserviceable. The representative of “Kazakh railways” company Vladimir Firsov stated.
“Now these wagons are on the Kazakhstan territory. After their unloading the question on their further exploitation will be considered. But it is clear now that they are nonserviceable,” Firsov said yesterday at a press conference in Astana.
"Kazakh company suffers material damage – these tanks are already nonserviceable. After expertise results we do not exclude possibility to institute material proceedings against guilty of this accident,” head of judicial department of “Kazphosfat” company said.
