President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko by his decree from July 27 approved a resolution on President’s representative in the Constitutional court, the press service of the President informed on Tuesday.
According to the approved decree, the President’s representative in the Constitutional Court represents on the constant basis the Head of the State as the subject of the law to the Constitutional presentation, takes part in the Constitutional processes.
The President’s representative is appointed to the position and is discharged by the President. The President’s representative in the Constitutional court is one of the deputies Head of the President’s Secretariat.
