The Party of Regions doesn’t plan to take part in the extraordinary VRU session, planned on July 31. Presidium chairman of the Political Council of the Party of Regions, Borys Kolesnikov told journalists in Donetsk.
“The Party of Regions on Monday at 2 p.m. will hold a meeting of the Political Council of the party Presidium on preparation for the session and the early elections. These are all events, besides the session itself, in which the Party of Regions will take part,” he said.
At the same time, People’s deputy of the fifth convocation from the Party of Regions faction Yuriy Miroshnyhenko stated that the Party of Regions respects the decision of VRU chairman Olexander Moroz to hold the extraordinary session of the parliament on July 31.
According to him, the Party of Regions “respects Moroz not only as the VRU chairman, but as the coalition partner”.
He also noted that “all the People’s deputies, who haven’t resigned” are invited to take part in the extraordinary session of the VRU.
