Cabinet of Ukraine intends to create Agency on preparation to Euro-2012.
According to the press service of Cabinet, the Ukrainian PM Viktor Yanukovych and Minister for Family, Youth and Sport Viktor Korzh discussed this issue.
Korzh informed Yanukovych about development of State program on preparation of final part of Euro 2012. Korzh also reported on cooperation of Ministry with regions where corresponding organizations are created.
According to Yanukovych, within the framework of preparation to Euro-2012, programs on economic development and industry programs must be adjusted. State budget 2008 will also foresee expenses on preparation to Euro 2012.
They also discussed issue on creation of Agency that will deal with preparation. Agency will be submitted to Cabinet. The government committee will be also formed to control activity of Agency.
Yanukovych noted that it is necessary to pass from arrangements to work. “Three months have passed since Ukraine and Poland won tender but optimal arrangement structure has not been created yet,” he said.
