Court of appeal in Kyiv has not started consideration of PGO claim on cancellation of criminal case against the Interior Minister Vasyl Tsushko. The Prosecutor General Olexander Medvedko said today at the press conference, the ForUm’s correspondent informed.
“We have not got official information concerning appeal,” he said.
According to Medvedko, there was only oral information from secretary of district court that “appeal is not considered because the judge believes that this document is submitted with definite violations.”
As Medvedko noted, there are four criminal cases on events on May 24. One of which concerns seize of PGO, two cases deal with exceeding of authorities and the last one concerns impediment of work of law enforcement bodies.”
