President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko left for Donetsk region with working visit. He will participate in celebration on occasion of 75th anniversary of Donetsk region.
The President is expected to visit “Anniversary exhibition of achievements and opportunities of scientific-production complex of the region” in the “Expo-Donbass” center. Then the President is going to lay a wreath on the monument to Taras Shevchenko.
The President’s visit foresees participation in ceremonial meeting in academic opera and ballet theatre named after Anatoly Solovyanenko, where Yushchenko will present state rewards. Yushchenko will complete his visit to Donetsk region by attendance of festive concert.
Yushchenko is accompanied by head of the Secretariat Viktor Baloha and secretary of NSDC Ivan Plyushch.
