Today’s meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers was canceled as there was no necessary quantity of questions for consideration, Extraordinary Minister Nestor Shufrych informed at a press conference in Kyiv.
According to him, “taking into account a summer period of time, vocations of Ministers and holiday days (June 28 – July 1), sufficient questions quantity is not accumulated in order to hold the session”.
As Shufrrych told, the session could be held within 20-30 minutes, but as last Wednesday “sufficient number of questions” was considered, it was decided to hold the session in a week and to consider then all the questions.
“It is emphasized once more, that for today the Government of Viktor Yanukovych works in a normal working regime, and the session of the Cabinet of Ministers is not used for the political purposes,” Shufrych claimed.
