Vice Prime Minister Andriy Klyuyev held a meeting of the Governmental Committee on economic branches development, the Cabinet’s press office informs.
The draft Law “On ratification of Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Government of the Republic of Korea on merchant shipping and Protocol on Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Government of the Republic of Korea on merchant shipping and relative draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” have been approved. Adoption of the document will promote the development of cooperation in sea transport and tourism, establishing business contacts.
The meeting also concerned endorsement of the draft Law “On ratification of Convention of the International Labor Organization #153 on working time duration and rest periods on road transport”, that will enable to create conditions for further development of international conveyance of passengers and transportation of goods, their capacity increase, raising road traffic safety, protecting domestic drivers etc.
A series of draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers have been also endorsed during the meeting.
