Speaker of the VRU Olexander Moroz claims if the CEC does not zero the BYuT and “Our Ukraine” lists, the President’s decree on the early elections to be hold on September 30, will be illegitimate. He told journalists during his trip to the Kyiv region.
Moroz has noted that the elections on September 30 are “the first point of the “statement of three”, but this point is based on the second point of that statement, which foresees the legal bases for the elections holding”.
According to speaker, “if there are no legal bases for the elections and there are less than 300 People’s deputies in the parliament, the “statement of three” will have no sense”. That’s why according to Moroz, the President’s decree on the early elections to be hold on September 30 will become invalid.
