The Central Election Commission must confirm impossibility of replacement of the People’s deputies who resigned. Moroz told today in the parliament, the ForUm’s correspondent informed.
“The CEC must confirm that there are no people in the elections lists who can replace resigned People’s deputies,” Moroz said.
Moroz considers that today it is impossible to get this answer from the CEC as it has been blocked for more that two weeks and can’t work.
Moroz is convinced that those answers the CEC forwarded to the VRU do not give significant explanations and the answer of the CEC chairman Shapoval says only that case on so-called “zeroing election lists” is now in the courts.
