Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych wants to begin immediately the preparation for holding the final tournament of the European Football Championship Euro-2012. A corresponding decree will be signed today by the Prime Minister. Viktor Yanukovych stated summing up the results of the meeting on preparation for holding Euro-2012 which is, according to the PM, is the first organization step toward preparation for holding the final tournament of the European Championship.
Speaking about that Championship, Yanukovych noted: “This question is very important for our State. This is an image of our country”.
“According to the results of the meeting I will sign a decree on Friday,” Viktor Yanukovych stressed noting that creation of the organization structure for preparation for Euro-2012 would be conducted with consideration of the world experience and agreed with Chairman of the Coordination Council – President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko.
