President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko forecasts that Ukraine will join the WTO up to November of the current year. He told today at the session of Advisory council on foreign investments, the ForUm’s correspondent informed.
Yushchenko noted that Ukraine fulfilled all obligations, in particular adopted all necessary laws for accession.
According to him, up to the end of this year, in particular November, Ukraine will pass all procedures for formal accedence to the WTO.
Yushchenko noted that Ukraine’s accedence to the WTO and beginning of negotiation on free trade zone with the EU are interrelated notions.
The President called Ukraine’s joining to free trade zone with the EU the strategic aim of Ukraine.
