President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko by his decree has discharged Valeriy Pshenychniy and Volodymyr Ivashchenko from the positions of the CCU judges on the basis of their applications on resignation.
The texts of corresponding decrees are on the official President’s site. According to the documents, Pshenychniy and Ivashchenko are discharged from the positions of judges in compliance with the point 9 of the part 5 of the article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine, and the article 43 of the Law of Ukraine “On the judges state”, “UNIAN” reports.
As a reminder, the President discharged Pshenychniy and Ivashchenko from the position of the CCU judges on April 30 and May 10. And then the President had cancelled his decrees to discharge Pshenychniy and Ivashchenko from the position of the CCU judges.
