There were no appeals to the Ukraine Security Service on possible poisoning of Interior Minister Vasyl Tsushko. Maryna Ostapenko, the press secretary of the Ukraine Security Service informed that at a briefing.
She also noted the Interior Minister is guarded by the corresponding subdivisions of the Ministry of Interior Affairs and they have not applied to the special services too.
At the same time, Ostapenko noted that the Ukraine Security Service is ready to help in that investigation, if it is necessary, “UNIAN” reports.
On June 1 the People’s deputy from Social party of Ukraine, Evgen Filindash, during the morning plenary session claimed he knew that Tsushko had been poisoned, as well as he knew the organizers of that incident.
According to him, the Ukraine Security Service is the only forceful body which has refused to submit to the President’s Secretariat pressure.
