Petro Tsybenko, the People’s deputy from Communist’s Party, considers President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has broken the Constitution of Ukraine by issuing a decree on the parliamentary elections on September 30. Tsybenko stated that to journalists.

According to him, it is hard to understand what elections the President’s decree considers. He noted, if the decree considers regular elections, then they must be held in March 2011, and if the decree considers early elections, then they are declared by President’s decree 60 days prior the date of holding, “UNIAN” reports.

As a reminder, today on June 5, the President has signed the decree on early elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to be held on September 30, 2007.
