On June 1, the submission concerning the constitutionality of the President’s decree on interior troops’ subordination to the President was brought to the Constitutional Court. The CCU press service informs.
It was submitted by 53 People’s deputies.
The CCU also received the submission of 59 People’s deputies concerning the compliance of the article 13 of the Constitution and the part 2 of the article 16 of the Code “On depths”, in particular the special permission performance on natural resources usage to people who are not the citizens of Ukraine.
Besides, 53 People’s deputies appeal the President’s decree “On energetic security of Ukraine” from March 14, 2007.
The constitutional submissions are taken for consideration to the Secretariat of the CCU.
