Pechersky district court of Kyiv on May 30 suspended the VRU resolution about temporary order acceptance of judge’s appointment on administrative positions. People's Deputy from "Our Ukraine" Mykola Onishchyuk informed.
“It means that by providing an administrative claim, the action of unconstitutional decision of the parliament, which roughly oversteps outside the legislation limits, is suspended. Judge’s appointment on administrative positions must be hold according to the acting legislation,” Onishchyuk noted.
This resolution foresees that chairman of court, deputy chairman of court (except for chairman of the Supreme court of Ukraine and the deputy chairman of the CSU) are appointed on a position for the period of 5 years from judges of corresponding court and are dismissed by the Supreme Council of justice on the recommendation basis of the Judges Council of Ukraine, the CSU chairman, judges of corresponding councils.
