Court rules in Yushchenko's favor

The Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal has rescinded last week’s ruling by the Solomyansky Court to reinstate Svyatoslav Piskun as Ukraine’s top prosecutor, Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Ihor Pukshyn said on Tuesday, president's press office informed.

“I think Piskun’s friends have tripped him up. I think that an official seeking to be Ukraine’s prosecutor general should not use criminal rulings to restore his right to hold this office,” he said.
