A member of the Central Election Commission Olexander Chupakhin returned to his work. According to the CEC press office, there is a quorum in the CEC.
As a reminder, four out of 13 members of CEC were on the sick-lists, that didn’t allow to form a quorum and to make any decisions. The CEC decisions are considered legal only by presence at least ten out of 13 members.
