“Now we need to work out an action plan,” he said.
According to Yanukovych, the action plan must be as follows: “We need to cancel one-time the President’s decree on dismissal of the parliament and resolutions of the VR made at night of April 2; that is the first.”
Then, according to Yanukovych, it is needed to consider demands of the Constitution as regards deputies’ march from the opposition to the coalition and to make positive decision. “But at that we should interfere in a decision of the Constitutional Court on imperative mandate,” he noted.
The Head of the government underscored that political decision can be made to calm the opposition and the President concerning this process. “I think that we can make this decision, and there is such an item in the corresponding resolution of the Verkhovna Rada,” Yanukovych underlined.
