Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has charged
to form a working group for investigation of violations during conduct of
tenders for purchase of goods and services at the expense of the state budget.
“It is needed to form a group, consisting of representatives of regions, officials of Interior Ministry. I’d also like to ask General Office of Public Prosecutor to take part in this,” Yanukovych said at a session of administrative and economic body of active functionaries of Rivne regions.
According to him, the group must collect information from all regions of Ukraine concerning procedures of holding tenders, and law enforcement bodies must institute criminal cases in case of violation of these procedures.
“I also address the deputies. We need to introduce changes into the corresponding law,” the Premier underlined.
